As the resident Mudhouse Tea expert, Rob helped develop the Mudhouse tea offerings. He is constantly looking for and tasting teas from all over the world. Green Teas are among his favorites, as he appreciates their subtle complexities in flavor. More specifically, Genmai-Cha, Tongyu Mountain, and Lung Ching are among his favorite green teas. When Rob isn’t obsessing about coffee and tea, he can be found downloading music and surfing internet travel sites for cheap airline tickets to someplace new and exciting. Nothing enlightens the spirit like a trip out of town.
