This blend, created for downtown’s Ophelia’s Wine and Tapas bar, is our darkest roast yet! Beans from all three main growing regions, similar to our espresso blend, are roasted past French Roast to temper any acidity and bring forth that coveted smoky richness. Deep and darkly flavorful in the cup.
