GUATAMALA - GRANJA "JAUN ANA" ESTATE. Deep volcanic soil, warm days and cool nights provide ideal conditions for farmers to cultivate and harvest some of the world's best Arabica coffee. Mountain grown on the Granja "Juan Ana" Estate, this Organic Fair Trade coffee has a wonderfully bright cup with light to medium body and excellent floral tones and fruitiness. A portion of the profits from the sales of these beans go toward funding the needs of Hospitalito Atitlan in Santiago, Guatemala.
Costa Rica Tarrazu: We are really excited about the great beans coming out of Costa Rica. This certified organic Fair Trade coffeeis from the Llano Bonito de Naranjo growning region in Costa Rica. Produced by Helsar de Zarcero on small farms in the West Valley, this coffee has a light to medium body, with bright acidity and subtle citrus undertones.
